Refund policy


If unhappy with your order, you have 30 days to return your purchase from the delivery date. If more than 30 days have gone since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging – i.e., for bags, with tags and stored in their original dust bag, and for other products, in their original cardboard box.

To start a return, you can contact us at with a proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Free returns in Europe
Returns in Europe are free of charge. We will provide you with a return shipping label; if it is technically not possible to produce such return label for your destination, we will as an alternative reimburse you the return shipping costs.


Returns outside Europe
We offer returns outside Europe, however, as a customer, you are responsible for the return costs. These costs will vary per country. Make sure to declare the package as returned goods. And don’t forget to obtain and keep your postage receipt until you have been fully refunded in case your return gets lost on its way back to us.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that most of our bags and soft accessories are handmade, and/or from natural materials. This means that there are some variations in their patterns and colours and the items you receive may look a bit different to how they look on the website.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, like personal care goods (such as bamboo toothbrushes), and food containers (such as lunch boxes with bamboo lids). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.



The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and as soon as the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
