Why are Glass Products Eco-friendly?

Glass is a 100% natural material. Recyclable ad aeternum, it never loses its properties after numerous cycles, unlike most other recyclable materials. This significantly contributes to limiting the use of natural resources.

While the making of new glass generates hardly any waste in production (since it is put back in the cycle immediately), recycling glass saves energy. And when not recycled, glass has a minimum impact on the environment.

At eKodoKi, we favour glass over recycled plastic, not only for its environmental-friendly properties, but also for its aesthetics and its weight. Glassware is perfectly transparent, and more stable when empty. Ooh, and it’s so much easier to clean…
